• The Gyuto knife is the ultimate all-purpose chef's knife, capable of handling any task in the kitchen.

• The sharp pointed tip allows for precision cuts, while its long curved edge is perfect for slicing and chopping.

• The blade is forged using a layer of Japanese AUS-10 steel, renowned for its hardness and durability, protected by two layers of 430 stainless steel. This is called a San Mai construction.

• The knife is razor sharp, durable, and easy to maintain, thanks to the combination of AUS-10 and stainless steel. The steel has got a hardness rating of HRC 58/60.
