Knife Set
• The three knife set will leave your kitchen well equipped to handle most tasks in the kitchen. Includes the Gyuto, Nakiri and Petty knife.
• The Gyuto is a great all round chefs knife, The Nakiri is great for chopping lots of vegetables efficiently, and the Petty is perfect for the small delicate knife work.
• The blades are forged using a layer of Japanese AUS-10 steel, renowned for its hardness and durability, protected by two layers of 430 stainless steel. This is called a San Mai construction.
• The knives are razor sharp, durable, and easy to maintain, thanks to the combination of AUS-10 and stainless steel. The steel has got a hardness rating of HRC 58/60.
• The traditional wooden Wa handle is comfortable to hold and provides a secure grip.
