Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders done before 12PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be processed within 1 working day after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with the tracking number where applicable, when your order has shipped. 

UK Shipping

‣ Any orders over £99, will receive free shipping.
‣ We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping within the UK, on orders under £99.
‣ Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days from moment of dispatch.

EU Shipping

‣ Any orders over £99 (± €110), will receive free shipping, this includes all our knives.
‣ We offer £6.99 flat rate shipping to any EU country, on all other orders.
‣ Orders should arrive within 3-6 working days from moment of dispatch, depending on destination country.
‣ Any import duties or taxes will be for the recipient to pay. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: US, Australia, New Zealand.
If your country is not listed, we can still ship to you, however shipping costs might vary.

‣ We offer £16.99 flat rate shipping, in the US, Australia and New Zealand, shipping rates might vary outside of these countries.
‣ Orders should arrive within 6-12 working days from moment of dispatch, depending on destination country.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yuzu Knives is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the mentioned days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yuzuknives.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yuzuknives.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Age verification

All UK orders that contain a knife are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48 service and you must prove you are over 18 to receive your shipment.

This is verified by the delivery driver who will require either a passport or driving licence number which they are required to enter into their delivery scanner as evidence of an age check.

You cannot request a safe place drop off, any parcel containing a knife must be handed to a person who is able to prove they are over 18 so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

If you are ordering a knife as a gift or to be delivered to someone other than yourself, please note they will be required to provide proof of age in order to receive it.
