The Nakiri knife is the perfect tool for cutting and preparing vegetables.

Its wide and flat blade is designed for a vertical chopping motion, making it ideal for slicing, dicing, and mincing vegetables.

Because of its wide and flat blade it is also perfect for smashing or lifting food off the cutting board.

The blade is forged using a layer of Japanese AUS-10 steel, renowned for its hardness and durability, protected by two layers of 430 stainless steel. This is called a San Mai construction.

• The knife is razor sharp, durable, and easy to maintain, thanks to the combination of AUS-10 and stainless steel. The steel has got a hardness rating of HRC 58/60.

The traditional wooden Wa handle is comfortable to hold and provides a secure grip.
