Shipping is free on orders over £50 in the UK & EU. Orders to other regions are subject to shipping costs. Those get calculated at checkout.

We will send you the tracking number by email, after we ship your order to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Of course! We have a 14-day return policy. To return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For more information on how to start a return, see our returns page.

We do! we offer a 6 month warranty if the knife develops a fault or is damaged through no fault of your own. For more info check out our returns policy

All our knives are made of AUS-10 Steel. Protected by 2 layers of 430 steel. The handle is made from Ebony and Rosewood. These are all food safe materials.

Our packaging is fully recyclable.

We recommend to always wash the knives by hand with warm water and soap, washing the knives in the dishwasher can permanently damage them.

In order for us to be a responsible retailer and to legally comply with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (OWA) we are only permitted to sell knives to customers over the age of 18.

All UK orders that contain a knife are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48 with age verification service and you must prove you are over 18 to receive your shipment.
