• Our Starter kit contains everything you need to get started, and keep your knife in tip-top shape. The perfect set for someone looking to get started with Japanese steel knives.
This set contains :
• The Gyuto, a great all round chefs knife. Forged from Japanese AUS-10 steel, with hardness rating of HRC 58/60. And a traditional wooden Wa handle.
• A wooden Saya, to protect your blade while not in use.
• Our Dual-sided Whetstone, the perfect tool to quickly and precisely sharpen and maintain your knives.
